Orders

Microworx reserves the right to amend price &/or availability if their supplier notifies them of price &/or availability changes.  In the event of price changes or amendment to product availability, Microworx will notify you of this as soon as possible.

If we request payment for increased prices &/or notify you of delay in fulfilment of your order, you may cancel your order by informing us, within seven days of our notifying you of amendments.

Delivery

The goods become the customers risk once they are delivered to you & it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be authorized to receive the goods.

If there is no one at the delivery address, Microworx Pty Ltd may charge you additional delivery fees.

Credit Accounts

Goods shall remain the property of Microworx Pty Ltd until such time as the customer has paid the full price of the goods.

Returns

Due to copyright and licensing restrictions, Microworx cannot accept any opened product(s) for return except those products which are "Damaged in Transit", or "Dead on Arrival".

Warranty

All products sold by Microworx Pty Ltd are covered by the manufacturers warranties. Microworx Pty Ltd does not guarantee the functionality or compatibility of any product.
